Education: the science or art of teaching
I have worked in multiple salons in Utah and California, taught in Paul Mitchell schools in California, Utah, Arkansas and Idaho. I have noticed that the majority of hairdressers wish their salons would offer education. Most salon education comes from professional beauty supply stores and their partners, wanting your business and loyalty to their products, not working hairdressers and educators.
